Ethernet Communication Module for Siemens S7-200 S7-300/400 PLC 840d PPI MPI Profibus Gateway for HMI OPC Modbus TCP TIA Portal

It is suitable for Ethernet communication of Siemens S7200/300/400 series PLC control system and Siemens 840D, 840D SL CNC system.  Replacement for CP343 and CP341, one module to solve multiple communication problems:

Type A straight-forward: for SIEMENS or Proface HMI, 

Type B crossover : for other 3rd HMI such as Winview,kinco,MCGS,etc.

BCNet Functions

1.Programming and debugging

The BCNet-S7 module supports programming and debugging of the PLC control system (MicroWIN, STEP7, TIA platform).

2.SCADA Ethernet communication

The BCNet-S7 module supports Ethernet communication with almost all SCADA monitoring configuration software on the market, such as: WINCC, Kingview, MCGS, Force Control, Jiekong, Easy Control, INTOUCH, IFIX, LABVIEW, etc.

3.OPC communication

The BCNet-S7 module supports Ethernet communication with the mainstream OPC Server on the market, such as KEPWARE OPC, PC ACCESS OPC, etc. In addition, based on the BCNetS7 protocol, we have developed a completely free BCNetS7 OPC server that can connect up to 1023 devices for data collection on large-scale device networking projects. 

4.Touch screen Ethernet communication

The BCNet-S7 module supports the mainstream touch screen Ethernet communication on the market, for example: Siemens KTP/TP series, Siemens SmartIE series, S7300, Winview, Buke, Kunlun, etc.

5.Modbus TCP communication

The BCNet-S7 module integrates the Modbus TCP server function. The host computer software (Modus TCP client) can directly access the data of the internal control device address of the PLC control system according to the address mapping table. The address mapping table can use the default or freely define mapping relationship. To make communication more flexible.

6.High-level language programming

The BCNet-S7 module provides an open Ethernet protocol (BCNetS7 protocol) for engineers to develop communication program software.

7.PLC data exchange

The BCNet-S7 module (only supported by BCNet Plus (Advanced), not supported by BCNet (Basic)) supports data exchange with Siemens S7-1200, S7-1500, SMART 200PLC.

8.Modbus communication

BCNet-S7 module (only BCNet-S7300 Plus bridge type supports this function to support Modbus function, can be used as Modbus master or Modbus slave to realize communication between PLC and other Modbus devices.

BCNet-S7300 Plus is the enhanced version of BCNet-S7300, with extra functions like

1.data exchange between PLCs, such as S7-1200, S7-1500,  S7-200 SMART

2.communication with Other Modbus devices  ,

3.Isolated COM port,

4.metal case.
