Ethernet Communication Module for Omron CJ Series CJ1M CJ2M CS1 PLC RS232 Modbus TCP Gateway
BCNet-CJ is an economical Ethernet communication processor, which is designed to meet the increasing demand of factory equipment information (equipment network monitoring and production management), used in Omron CJ1/CJ2/CS1/CG1/NX1P series PLC's Ethernet data collection is very convenient to build production management system.
BCNet-CJ adopts plug-and-play design and does not occupy the PLC communication port, that is, while the programming software/host computer software monitors the PLC data through the Ethernet, the touch screen can communicate with the PLC through the multiplex interface. BCNet-CJ supports most of the SCADA software in the industrial control field, and supports Omron Ethernet protocol and transparent transmission.
BCNet-CJ function:
1. Plug and play, the module is directly plugged into the DB9 of CJ1/CJ2/CS1/CG1/NX1P, no external power supply is needed, and the expansion port can be connected to the touch screen at the same time.
2. Parameter setting and running diagnosis can be performed on the equipment through WEB server or configuration diagnosis tool BCDevice.3. Automatic identification of PLC model, automatic matching of PLC and HMI serial parameters without additional configuration.
4. Realize Ethernet communication with Omron programming software CX-Programmer.
5. Support FINS/UDP, FINS/TCP Ethernet protocol communication, and support PC software (Kingview, MCGS, Force Control, KepWare OPC server, etc.) access.
6. Integrated ModbusTCP server, supports FC1, FC2, FC3, FC5, FC15, FC6, FC16, and the Modbus data area is automatically mapped to the PLC data area.
7. Support BCNetTCP/IP transparent transmission protocol communication.
8. Using FINS communication protocol or transparent transmission method, high-level language (such as VB, VC, C#, etc.) programming can be realized, and data communication with Omron PLC can be realized to facilitate the development of production management system.
9. SCADA (upper configuration software) supporting OPC channel communicates with PLC in OPC mode.
10. CX-Progarmmer, FINS/TCP, FINS/UDP, BCNetTCP transparent transmission, ModbusTCP connection modes can be realized at the same time. Support the connection of 10 upper computers.
11. Support user-side firmware update through Ethernet, one-time purchase, permanent upgrade.

1. Ethernet programming, upload and download procedures, upper monitoring (Kingview, MCGS, Force Control, KepWare OPC), equipment networking.
2. Realize the communication between the programming software CX-Programmer and CJ2M
Open the programming software GX-Progarmmer, create a new CJ2M project, and click "OK";
Technical Parameters
Select "Change Communication Settings" option in the menu bar PLC;
Select "Ethernet" in the pop-up reminder options, and click "Set";
In the network menu bar that pops out, type "frame length 540", other defaults;
In the driver menu bar, type in the IP address and port number of BCNet-CJ;
Click the "Online Work Button", in the prompt window that pops up, click "Yes";
In the "PLC" menu, select "Slave PLC" in "Transfer" to upload the PLC program;
Select the PLC content to be uploaded, and click "OK";
Prompt that the PLC program has been self-successful, click "OK"
The PLC program upload is complete and enter the operation monitoring state;
